Kindergarten
Attendance and a note for parents. There are no marks here.
School system · Atlayo ID
Atlayo School holds the school day together. In the morning a teacher records attendance, during the day a mark, in the afternoon a parent sees what happened. The same account, whether the child is in kindergarten, primary, secondary or university.

Four stages
You do not change systems when a child moves on. Only what that stage needs changes.
Attendance and a note for parents. There are no marks here.
The class, attendance, marks from 1 to 5, messages to parents and a view for the head.
The same foundation, plus the absences that matter. Final exams and placements come as a next step. coming soon
A course, a timetable and A–F. Course registration and exam dates are a next step, not a promise for today. coming soon
Who it is for
Both children in one account, even at different schools. The timetable, a mark, an absence, a message from class.
The next lesson, attendance in one tap and a mark without clicking around. The system stands or falls on a teacher finishing between bells.
Their own day and their own results. They do not see anyone else’s marks.
How many children were absent today and which lesson still has no attendance. A list import, and an audit of who wrote what.
Getting started
Name, stage and school year. The stage sets the rest.
By hand, or with a spreadsheet and the guardian’s phone.
Atlayo ID links to the number on the record. A number that already belongs to someone is not taken over.
What works today
Atlayo
Sign-in is Atlayo ID. The timetable can live beside Atlayo Calendar, an online lesson beside Meet, a parent meeting beside Booking. We switch those links on when they are ready.
Privacy
A parent does not see other children. A pupil does not see other marks. A teacher sees their classes. The leadership sees the school. Every change of attendance, marks and messages is written down: who, what and when. A phone from the spreadsheet is for linking, and a number that already has an account is not taken over.
A school that wants to keep real records of children takes a processing agreement from us. Write to hola@atlayo.com. Pilot schools see the system before a single child is entered.
Yes. It is one system. The stage switches the words, the mark scale and what is relevant. A kindergarten keeps attendance and notes, primary and secondary schools use marks from 1 to 5, a university uses A–F.
With Atlayo ID, the same account as the other Atlayo services. The school does not keep another password. Young children do not need an account; their guardians see them.
No. A parent sees their own children, their attendance, marks and the messages of their class. The class list is for the teacher and the leadership. Every mark and attendance entry stays in the audit log.
With a spreadsheet. The first row is given name, family name, class, guardian and phone. The phone is only used so that an Atlayo ID sign-in links the person to the right child.
Not yet. Today it runs the day: timetable, attendance, marks, messages and a view for the leadership. Report cards, exam registration and tuition payments are marked as a next step, and we only promise them once they exist.
We do not sell a reference we do not have. If you want to see School on your own classes, write. You will get a walkthrough, not a price list hidden behind a form.
