Frequently asked questions
How much does Atlayo Booking cost?
Setting up a booking page is free. You only pay when you switch on payment up front. Then Atlayo Pay charges its fee on each card payment, with no monthly fee. Current rates are on the Atlayo Pay page.
Does the client need an account?
No. If you allow booking without Atlayo ID, the client enters just a name, e-mail and phone number. Anyone with Atlayo ID signs in by confirming on their phone and skips the form.
What if two clients pick the same time?
The slot is locked when someone books and stays with the first client. The second one sees it was just taken and picks another.
How far ahead can clients book?
Clients see free slots for the next three weeks. You can also set a minimum lead time so nobody books for today, for example.
Can I have several locations or services?
Yes. One account holds several booking pages, each with its own address, hours and currency. A page offers up to 12 services and 12 extras.
How does paying up front work?
You connect Atlayo Pay in the settings. At checkout the client pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and the slot is confirmed. If they don't finish paying, the slot is free again.
What if a client cancels?
You and a client with Atlayo ID can both cancel a booking. The slot is released and disappears from the calendar.

The form speaks 24 European languages and prices can be in euros or crowns.
