AtlayoNET Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026 · Effective: 17 August 2026
This Policy sets rules for AtlayoNET names, the tunnel agent, certificates, and content you make reachable through AtlayoNET. It forms part of the AtlayoNET Terms. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text is authoritative.
1. Principles
- AtlayoNET is a second namespace, not a licence to deceive people about who you are on the public web.
- You are responsible for the name you register and for everything your origin serves.
- We enforce EU law, including rules on illegal content and child protection.
- Good-faith personal sites, small shops, experiments and community pages are welcome when they stay legal and honest.
2. Names
2.1 You must not register or use a name to:
- Phish, spoof login pages, or trick visitors into sending credentials or payments.
- Impersonate Atlayo, public authorities, banks, or another person or business in a misleading way.
- Distribute malware, steal accounts, or run command-and-control for botnets.
- Evade a previous suspension by registering a look-alike name.
2.2 The fact that a name is free on AtlayoNET while taken on public DNS does not make impersonation acceptable. Using a famous public-web brand as your AtlayoNET name to confuse visitors is prohibited.
2.3 We may reserve names (including short labels, Atlayo marks, and names we must withhold by law) and refuse registration without listing every reserved string.
2.4 Trade-mark disputes: we are not an ICANN UDRP provider. We may still suspend a name where we have a good-faith belief of clear impersonation, fraud, or a binding order. Civil disputes between you and a rightsholder remain yours to resolve.
3. Origin content
3.1 Do not make the following reachable via AtlayoNET:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance and will report as required by law.
- Terrorist content, incitement to violence, or other illegal extremist material under applicable EU/Czech law.
- Malware, exploits against visitors, credential-stealing kits, or traffic that attacks other systems.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or illegal hate content where prohibited.
- Copyright-infringing libraries you do not have the right to publish.
- Fraudulent shops, pyramid schemes, or other scams.
3.2 Adult content that is legal in the Czech Republic and in the visitor’s country may still be restricted if it is not properly age-gated or if it violates this Policy.
3.3 You must comply with the GDPR and ePrivacy rules for any personal data you collect on your origin. Provide a privacy notice on that origin.
3.4 Unsolicited bulk messaging, SEO spam farms, and open relays that abuse AtlayoNET or Atlayo chat to promote origins are prohibited.
4. Infrastructure
You must not:
- Scan, flood or attempt to take down the authority, gateways, portal or other users’ agents.
- Share, sell or publicly post pairing tokens, agent private keys or portal sessions.
- Bypass payment, the 90-day pairing rule, or certificate issuance controls.
- Run the agent on compromised machines as a hidden proxy for third-party crime.
- Use AtlayoNET to hide origin of attacks against the public internet.
5. Enforcement
We may, depending on severity:
- Warn you or require a change of name or origin configuration.
- Revoke certificates and drop gateway sessions.
- Suspend or delete the name, including before the paid term ends.
- Suspend the Atlayo ID used to access AtlayoNET where the abuse is severe or repeated.
- Notify law enforcement where legally required or to prevent serious harm.
We may act on names that have not yet been paired if the registration itself is abusive.
6. Notices and reports
Report illegal names or illegal origin content to legal@atlayo.com. Include the AtlayoNET name, what is illegal, and why. Authorities should use Law Enforcement Guidelines and lawenforcement@atlayo.com.
We will review reports that are sufficiently precise. We are not obliged to monitor all origins proactively, but we will act on knowledge of illegal activity as required by law.
7. Appeals
You may appeal enforcement to appeals@atlayo.com within 30 days, unless the name or account was terminated for severe illegal abuse (including CSAM). Mandatory DSA or consumer complaint routes remain available where they apply.
