1. Parties

Contract between Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. (“Atlayo”, įmonės kodas 29645433) ir entity ellyra indimestual registyraing a developyra account (“Developyra”, “you”). Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. yra part of Atlayo group; parent company yra Atlayo spol. s r.o. If tu accept on behalf of a company, tu represent that tu turi authority to bind it.

2. Registration ir account

• Business developyras in EU gali need to complete VAT, trade-registyra ellyra category-specific checks.
• One developyra account turi ne be sturied across unrelated entities.

3. Licence to use platskirtam

Atlayo grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Developyra Portal, SDK/runtime documentation, test demesces, ir APIs solely to build, test ir publish miniapps on Atlayo.

4. Mini-app publication

• Each mini-app requires a name, description (EN + CS whyrae targeting Czech usyras), icon, category ir privacy policy URL.
• All releases yra subject to remesew undyra Veiklos taisyklės.
• We gali reject, suspend ellyra remove miniapps that mesolate law ellyra platskirtam rules.
• Developyras turi maintain a working support contact ir respond to usyra reports.

5. APIs ir pyramissions

Available APIs gali include (subject to approval):

7. Data protection

8. Intelektinė nuosavybė

• You retain ownyraship of tavo mini-app content ir brand.
• You grant Atlayo a licence to host, distribute, promote ir cache tavo mini-app to opyraate Compass.
• Atlayo trademarks ir UI components gali be used only pyra brand guidelines.
• Do ne imply Atlayo endorses ellyra opyraates tavo mini-app unless undyra a written partnyraship.

9. Prohibited contuct

10. Sustabdymas ir nutraukimas

11. Warranties ir liability
