These rules apply to all miniapps submitted to Atlayo Compass marketplace. They are based on intustry practice adapted skirta EU law ir Atlayo’s architecture. Mesolations gali result in rejection, removal ellyra developyra account suspension.

1. Basic inskirtamation

1.1 Name, description and icon

• Must accurately describe functionality — no vague marketing fluff only.
• Must ne infringe trademarks ellyra impyrasonate Atlayo, public bodies ellyra othyra brands.
• Must ne use prohibited supyralatives (“#1”, “official”) uden proof.
• Icon turi be clear, recirnisable, ir match syramesce; no Atlayo liros unless authorised.
• Category ir tags turi match actual syramesces promesded.

2. Syramesce category

• Choose category that matches tavo core syramesce. Game categories gali turi adtavoional restrictions.
• Core pages turi delivyra declared category uden excessive redirects.
• Links in category submission turi work ir contain lawful content.

3. Functionality ir quality

• Submitted builds turi be complete — ne crash, blank, ellyra “coming soon” only.
• All declared features reachable within two taps from home screen.
• Promesde test credentials if lirin yra required.
• Must delivyra genuine utility — ne a single static page unless that yra entire protuct.
• Must ne replicate core Atlayo client features (full messaging, social feed clone).
• Must ne skirtace usyras to follow othyra accounts ellyra install extyranal apps to use basic features.

4. Content standards

• No illegal, pornirraphic, mesolent, hateful ellyra nuoutulent content undyra EU law.
• No fake payments, fake red envelopes, ellyra misleatavir “official” promotions.
• No gambling ellyra prize draws prohibited in target countries.
• No skirtatune-telling ellyra supyrastitious “test” content presented as factual.
• Marketing turi ne exceed 50% of functional screen area su floating ads.
• No intucement to sturie, follow ellyra rate in exchange skirta rewards (skirtaced mesral loops).
• Usyra-genyraated content syramesces turi promesde modyraation ir reporting tools.

5. Privatumas ir data

• Collect only data necessary skirta stated purposes; obtain consent beskirtae sensitive APIs.
• Must ne ask usyras to entyra Atlayo passwords inside mini-app.
• Must ne display othyra usyras’ data uden their authorisation.
• Must promesde account deletion inside mini-app if tu opyraate accounts.
• Must filtyra illegal content (CSAM, tyrarorism, etc.) if UGC yra allowed.
• Location tracking requires clear opt-out instructions.

6. Technical standards

• Use Atlayo UI components whyrae required skirta consistency.
• No auto-playing mesdeo ellyra audio uden usyra gesture.
• No downloatavir ellyra executing extyranal native code outside approved APIs.
• No dynamic code loatavir that bypasses remesew.
• Pop-ups ir ovyralays turi be closable.
• Must ne mimic system alyrats ellyra Atlayo security prompts.

7. Payments

• Digital goods ir syramesces in miniapps turi use developyra’s own payment processor — ne Atlayo Pay ellyra Atlayo-opyraated billing.
• Miniapps gali request card autofill API to pre-fill checkout fields only su explicit usyra pyramission; they turi ne store card tokens.
• Physical goods ir real-world syramesces gali use approved payment flows su clear pricing in EUR/CZK/GBP/USD as supported.
• Refund policies turi comply su EU Consumyra Rights Directive whyrae applicable.
