Standards of Atlayo Account Usage

Last updated: 21 July 2026 · Effective: 21 July 2026

Atlayo is built for everyday communication in good faith. These Standards explain how you may use your account and what content is prohibited. They supplement the Terms of Service.

1. Principles

  • Security and compliance — We enforce EU law and platform rules against illegal or harmful activity.
  • Good faith — Use Atlayo honestly; do not exploit others or the platform.
  • Responsibility — You are responsible for content you send, publish or store.
  • Transparency — We aim to explain enforcement actions clearly where safe to do so.

2. Account registration and security

2.1 Register only through official Atlayo clients. Use a number or identity you lawfully control.

2.2 Do not register accounts in bulk, buy or sell accounts, or automate registration.

2.3 Do not share credentials, bypass verification, or use emulators/root exploits to circumvent security.

2.4 We may challenge unusual logins, mass friend requests, or automated messaging with additional checks.

3. Software integrity

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works of Atlayo clients except where law explicitly permits.
  • Use unauthorised plugins, “multi-login” tools, spam bots, or red-packet grabbers.
  • Interfere with servers, APIs or other users’ devices.
  • Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices.

4. Prohibited content

You must not create, upload, transmit or store content that:

  • Is illegal under EU or applicable national law (including child sexual abuse material, terrorism, incitement to violence).
  • Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, credible threats, or hate speech targeting protected groups.
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret or privacy rights.
  • Promotes fraud, phishing, malware, gambling where unlawful, or unlicensed financial services.
  • Spreads medical, electoral or safety disinformation likely to cause harm.
  • Exploits or sexualises minors in any way.

5. Prohibited behaviour

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive “growth hacking”.
  • Impersonation of Atlayo staff, public figures or other users.
  • Collecting user data without consent (scraping, harvesting phone numbers).
  • Circumventing blocks, bans or rate limits.
  • Misusing saved card data — for example, unauthorised charges, harvesting card tokens, or using autofill permissions beyond stated checkout purposes.
  • Inducing minors to share personal data or meet strangers unsafely.

6. Groups, calls and public features

Group owners and admins should moderate responsibly. Live location, calls and shared media must respect participants’ consent and local recording laws.

7. Reporting

Report violations in-app (chat → Report) or to abuse@atlayo.com. We review reports and may preserve evidence as required by law.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may:

  • Remove or limit visibility of content.
  • Issue warnings or require verification.
  • Restrict features (messaging, saved cards, mini-app publishing).
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
  • Notify law enforcement where legally required or to prevent serious harm.

You may appeal enforcement to appeals@atlayo.com within 30 days unless the account was terminated for severe illegal abuse.

9. Relationship to developer rules

If you publish mini-apps, you must also comply with the Developer Operation Rules.
