Atlayo Udviklerplatformvilkår of Service

Disse vilkår regulerer access to Atlayo Developer Portal, mini-app publishing APIs, card autofill API (with user consent), push notifications, og related developer services (the “Developer Platform”).

1. Parties

Contract between Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. (“Atlayo”, virksomheds-ID 29645433) og entity eller individual registering a developer account (“Developer”, “you”). Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. er part of Atlayo group; parent company er Atlayo spol. s r.o. If du accept on behalf of a company, du represent that du har authority to bind it.

2. Registration og account

• Developers sign in via Atlayo ID QR login eller approved methods.
• You skal provide accurate business eller individual identity information for verification.
• Business developers in EU kan need to complete VAT, trade-register eller category-specific checks.
• One developer account skal ikke be shared across unrelated entities.

3. Licence to use platform

Atlayo grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Developer Portal, SDK/runtime documentation, test devices, og APIs solely to build, test og publish miniapps on Atlayo.

4. Mini-app publication

• Each mini-app requires a name, description (EN + CS where targeting Czech users), icon, category og privacy policy URL.
• All releases er subject to review under Driftsregler.
• We kan reject, suspend eller remove miniapps that violate law eller platform rules.
• Developers skal maintain a working support contact og respond to user reports.

5. APIs og permissions

Available APIs kan include (subject to approval):

• User profile basics (with user consent).
• Card autofill API — request saved card tokens for checkout autofill only, med explicit user consent.
• Push notifications via server keys.
• Camera, location, contacts, NFC — only through permission prompts vi control.
• Login med Atlayo ID for web properties du register.

You skal request only permissions necessary for stated functionality. Misdeclared permissions er grounds for removal.

6. Payments og fees

• Miniapps skal use their own payment providers for purchases. Atlayo does ikke operate Stripe Connect, Atlayo Pay, eller platform payment processing for developer transactions.
• The card autofill API kan pre-fill checkout fields only after user grants permission; du skal ikke store eller reuse card tokens outside approved flows.
• Atlayo kan charge platform fees for Compass listing eller API usage, disclosed in Developer Portal.
• You er responsible for taxes, invoicing, refunds og consumer rights for goods/services du sell.

7. Data protection

• For user data Atlayo shares med you, du act as an independent controller eller joint controller depending on feature — in most mini-app scenarios, you er controller for data du collect in din mini-app.
• You skal publish a GDPR-compliant privacy policy og honour user deletion requests.
• You skal ikke sell user data eller use it for unrelated advertising uden consent.
• Sikkerhed incidents affecting Atlayo user data skal be reported to security@atlayo.com within 72 hours.

8. Immaterielle rettigheder

• You retain ownership of din mini-app content og brand.
• You grant Atlayo a licence to host, distribute, promote og cache din mini-app to operate Compass.
• Atlayo trademarks og UI components kan be used only per brand guidelines.
• Do ikke imply Atlayo endorses eller operates din mini-app unless under a written partnership.

9. Prohibited conduct

See Driftsregler. Resumé: no malware, illegal content, deceptive practices, circumvention of review, unauthorised crypto schemes, eller scraping Atlayo user data.

10. Suspendering og opsigelse

We kan suspend API keys, dev builds eller published apps for violations, security risk, eller legal requirement. Du kan unpublish at any time. Upon termination, delete user data du hold except where retention er legally required.

11. Warranties og liability

Udviklerplatformen leveres „som den er“. Hver parts ansvar er begrænset til direkte skader, medmindre obligatorisk ret forhindrer begrænsning. Udviklere holder Atlayo skadesløs for krav, der opstår fra deres miniapps, indhold eller brud på disse vilkår, i henhold til gældende ret.

12. Governing law

Tjekkiet law applies. EU/EØS developers benefit from mandatory consumer og business protections in their home state where applicable. Disputes: Praha courts, unless mandatory jurisdiction rules otherwise.
