Atlayo Mini-App Driftsregler

These rules apply to all miniapps submitted to Atlayo Compass marketplace. They are based on industry practice adapted for EU law og Atlayo’s architecture. Violations kan result in rejection, removal eller developer account suspension.

1. Basic information

1.1 Name, description and icon

• Must accurately describe functionality — no vague marketing fluff only.
• Must ikke infringe trademarks eller impersonate Atlayo, public bodies eller other brands.
• Must ikke use prohibited superlatives (“#1”, “official”) uden proof.
• Icon skal be clear, recognisable, og match service; no Atlayo logos unless authorised.
• Category og tags skal match actual services provided.

2. Service category

• Choose category that matches din core service. Game categories kan har additional restrictions.
• Core pages skal deliver declared category uden excessive redirects.
• Links in category submission skal work og contain lawful content.

3. Functionality og quality

• Submitted builds skal be complete — ikke crash, blank, eller “coming soon” only.
• All declared features reachable within two taps from home screen.
• Provide test credentials if login er required.
• Must deliver genuine utility — ikke a single static page unless that er entire product.
• Must ikke replicate core Atlayo client features (full messaging, social feed clone).
• Must ikke force users to follow other accounts eller install external apps to use basic features.

4. Content standards

• No illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful eller fraudulent content under EU law.
• No fake payments, fake red envelopes, eller misleading “official” promotions.
• No gambling eller prize draws prohibited in target countries.
• No fortune-telling eller superstitious “test” content presented as factual.
• Marketing skal ikke exceed 50% of functional screen area med floating ads.
• No inducement to share, follow eller rate in exchange for rewards (forced viral loops).
• User-generated content services skal provide moderation og reporting tools.

5. Privatliv og data

• Collect only data necessary for stated purposes; obtain consent before sensitive APIs.
• Must ikke ask users to enter Atlayo passwords inside mini-app.
• Must ikke display other users’ data uden their authorisation.
• Must provide account deletion inside mini-app if du operate accounts.
• Must filter illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, etc.) if UGC er allowed.
• Location tracking requires clear opt-out instructions.

6. Technical standards

• Use Atlayo UI components where required for consistency.
• No auto-playing video eller audio uden user gesture.
• No downloading eller executing external native code outside approved APIs.
• No dynamic code loading that bypasses review.
• Pop-ups og overlays skal be closable.
• Must ikke mimic system alerts eller Atlayo security prompts.

7. Payments

• Digital goods og services in miniapps skal use developer’s own payment processor — ikke Atlayo Pay eller Atlayo-operated billing.
• Miniapps kan request card autofill API to pre-fill checkout fields only med explicit user permission; they skal ikke store card tokens.
• Physical goods og real-world services kan use approved payment flows med clear pricing in EUR/CZK/GBP/USD as supported.
• Refund policies skal comply med EU Consumer Rights Directive where applicable.

Certain categories (finance, health, children, news) require enhanced verification og kan need local licences. Vi publish an updated category list in Developer Portal.

10. Appeals

Rejection reasons er shown in portal. Appeal within 14 days at developers@atlayo.com med din app ID og changes made.
