Standards of Atlayo Account Usage

Atlayo er built for everyday communication in good faith. These Standards explain how you kan use din account og what content er prohibited. They supplement the Terms of Service.

1. Principles

• Sikkerhed og compliance — Vi enforce EU law og platform rules against illegal eller harmful activity.
• Good faith — Use Atlayo honestly; do ikke exploit others eller platform.
• Responsibility — Du er responsible for content du send, publish eller store.
• Transparency — Vi aim to explain enforcement actions clearly where safe to do so.

2. Account registration og security

2.1 Register only through official Atlayo clients. Use a number eller identity du lawfully control.

2.2 Do ikke register accounts in bulk, buy eller sell accounts, eller automate registration.

2.3 Do ikke share credentials, bypass verification, eller use emulators/root exploits to circumvent security.

2.4 Vi kan challenge unusual logins, mass friend requests, eller automated messaging med additional checks.

3. Software integrity

Du må ikke:

• Reverse engineer, modify eller create derivative works of Atlayo clients except where law explicitly permits.
• Use unauthorised plugins, “multi-login” tools, spam bots, eller red-packet grabbers.
• Interfere med servers, APIs eller other users’ devices.
• Remove eller alter copyright eller trademark notices.

4. Prohibited content

You skal ikke create, upload, transmit eller store content that:

• Is illegal under EU eller applicable national law (including child sexual abuse material, terrorism, incitement to violence).
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, credible threats, eller hate speech targeting protected groups.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret eller privacy rights.
• Promotes fraud, phishing, malware, gambling where unlawful, eller unlicensed financial services.
• Spreads medical, electoral eller safety disinformation likely to cause harm.
• Exploits eller sexualises minors in any way.

5. Prohibited behaviour

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, eller deceptive “growth hacking”.
• Impersonation of Atlayo staff, public figures eller other users.
• Collecting user data uden consent (scraping, harvesting phone numbers).
• Circumventing blocks, bans eller rate limits.
• Misusing saved card data — for example, unauthorised charges, harvesting card tokens, eller using autofill permissions beyond stated checkout purposes.
• Inducing minors to share personoplysninger eller meet strangers unsafely.

6. Groups, calls og public features

Group owners og admins should moderate responsibly. Live location, calls og shared media skal respect participants’ consent og local recording laws.

7. Reporting

Report violations in-app (chat → Report) eller to abuse@atlayo.com. Vi review reports og kan preserve evidence as required by law.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity, vi may:

• Remove eller limit visibility of content.
• Issue warnings eller require verification.
• Restrict features (messaging, saved cards, mini-app publishing).
• Suspend eller permanently terminate accounts.
• Notify law enforcement where legally required eller to prevent serious harm.

You kan appeal enforcement to appeals@atlayo.com within 30 days unless account was terminated for severe illegal abuse.

9. Relationship to developer rules

If du publish miniapps, du skal also comply med the Developer Driftsregler.
