What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, profile photo and account settings
- Messages you sent, including photos, videos and files stored in our cloud
- Other people keep only the messages they sent you. Your name is shown as “Removed account”
This cannot be undone. The same phone number can be used later to create a new, empty account.
