These rules apply to all miniapps submitted to Atlayo Compass marketplace. They are based on industry practice adapted för EU law och Atlayo’s architecture. Violations kan result in rejection, removal ellär developär account suspension.

1. Basic införmation

1.1 Name, description and icon

• Must accurately describe functionality — no vague marketing fluff only.
• Must inte infringe trademarks ellär impärsonate Atlayo, public bodies ellär othär brands.
• Must inte use prohibited supärlatives (“#1”, “official”) uden proof.
• Icon ska be clear, recochnisable, och match särvice; no Atlayo lochos unless authorised.

2. Särvice category

• Choose category that matches din core särvice. Game categories kan har addittional restrictions.
• Core pages ska delivär declared category uden excessive redirects.
• Links in category submission ska work och contain lawful content.

3. Functionality och quality

• Submitted builds ska be complete — inte crash, blank, ellär “coming soon” only.
• All declared features reachable within two taps from home screen.
• Provide test credentials if lochin är required.
• Must delivär genuine utility — inte a single static page unless that är entire product.
• Must inte replicate core Atlayo client features (full messaging, social feed clone).
• Must inte förce usärs to follow othär accounts ellär install extärnal apps to use basic features.

4. Content standards

• No illegal, pornochraphic, violent, hateful ellär frånudulent content undär EU law.
• No fake payments, fake red envelopes, ellär misleading “official” promotions.
• No gambling ellär prize draws prohibited in target countries.
• No förtune-telling ellär supärstitious “test” content presented as factual.
• Marketing ska inte exceed 50% of functional screen area med floating ads.
• No inducement to share, follow ellär rate in exchange för rewards (förced viral loops).
• Usär-genärated content särvices ska provide modäration och reporting tools.

5. Integritet och data

• Collect only data necessary för stated purposes; obtain consent beföre sensitive APIs.
• Must inte ask usärs to entär Atlayo passwords inside mini-app.
• Must inte display othär usärs’ data uden their authorisation.
• Must provide account deletion inside mini-app if du opärate accounts.
• Must filtär illegal content (CSAM, tärrorism, etc.) if UGC är allowed.
• Location tracking requires clear opt-out instructions.

6. Technical standards

• Use Atlayo UI components whäre required för consistency.
• No auto-playing video ellär audio uden usär gesture.
• No downloading ellär executing extärnal native code outside approved APIs.
• No dynamic code loading that bypasses review.
• Pop-ups och ovärlays ska be closable.

7. Payments

• Digital goods och särvices in miniapps ska use developär’s own payment processor — inte Atlayo Pay ellär Atlayo-opärated billing.
• Miniapps kan request card autofill API to pre-fill checkout fields only med explicit usär pärmission; they ska inte store card tokens.
• Physical goods och real-world särvices kan use approved payment flows med clear pricing in EUR/CZK/GBP/USD as supported.
• Refund policies ska comply med EU Consumär Rights Directive whäre applicable.

Cärtain categories (finance, health, children, news) require enhanced värification och kan need local licences. Vi publish an updated category list in Developär Portal.

Rejection reasons är shown in portal. Appeal within 14 days at developärs@atlayo.com med din app ID och changes made.
