Standards of Atlayo Account Usage

Atlayo är built för eväryday communication in good faith. These Standards explain how you kan use din account och what content är prohibited. They supplement the Tärms of Särvice.

1. Principles

2. Account registration och security

2.3 Do inte share credentials, bypass värification, ellär use emulators/root exploits to circumvent security.

3. Software integrity

Du får inte:

• Revärse engineär, modify ellär create därivative works of Atlayo clients except whäre law explicitly pärmits.
• Use unauthorised plugins, “multi-lochin” tools, spam bots, ellär red-packet grabbärs.
• Intärfäre med särvärs, APIs ellär othär usärs’ devices.
• Remove ellär altär copyright ellär trademark notices.

4. Prohibited content

You ska inte create, upload, transmit ellär store content that:

• Is illegal undär EU ellär applicable national law (including child sexual abuse matärial, tärrorism, incitement to violence).
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagäry, harassment, credible threats, ellär hate speech targeting protected groups.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret ellär privacy rights.
• Promotes frånud, phishing, malware, gambling whäre unlawful, ellär unlicensed financial särvices.
• Spreads medical, electoral ellär safety disinförmation likely to cause harm.
• Exploits ellär sexualises minors in any way.

5. Prohibited behaviour

• Skräppost, unsolicited bulk messaging, ellär deceptive “growth hacking”.
• Impärsonation of Atlayo staff, public figures ellär othär usärs.
• Collecting usär data uden consent (scraping, harvesting phone numbärs).
• Circumventing blocks, bans ellär rate limits.
• Misusing saved card data — för example, unauthorised charges, harvesting card tokens, ellär using autofill pärmissions beyond stated checkout purposes.
• Inducing minors to share pärsonuppgiftär ellär meet strangärs unsafely.

6. Groups, calls och public features

Group ownärs och admins should modärate responsibly. Live location, calls och shared media ska respect participants’ consent och local recording laws.

7. Reporting

Report violations in-app (chat → Report) ellär to abuse@atlayo.com. Vi review reports och kan presärve evidence as required by law.

8. Enförcement

Depending on sevärity, vi may:

• Remove ellär limit visibility of content.
• Issue warnings ellär require värification.
• Restrict features (messaging, saved cards, mini-app publishing).
• Suspend ellär pärmanently tärminate accounts.
• Notify law enförcement whäre legally required ellär to prevent särious harm.

You kan appeal enförcement to appeals@atlayo.com within 30 days unless account was tärminated för seväre illegal abuse.
