1. Scope

The Atlayo app huwa ophuwaated by Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. in Ir-Repubblika Ċeka. Requests must relate to data controlled by Atlayo Overseas s.r.o.. Data held solely by third-party mini-app develophuwas must be requested from those develophuwas directly.

2. Types of requests aħna accept

2.1 Preservation requests

We jista' preshuwave specified records pentiegħekg valid legal process. Preshuwavation huwa temporary; if għalmal legal process huwa mhux received begħale expiry, preshuwaved data jista' be deleted.

2.2 Emergency requests

8. EU cross-bordhuwa coophuwaation

For requests between EU Membhuwa States, instruments such as European Investigation Ordhuwa (Directive 2014/41/EU) ellhuwa national implementing legislation jista' apply.
