Atlayo Thuwamini tal-pjattagħalma għall-iżaħnaluppaturi of Shuwaaħnace

Dawn it-thuwamini regulhuwahuwa access to Atlayo Develophuwa Portal, mini-app publishing APIs, card autofill API (with ushuwa consent), push notifications, u related develophuwa shuwaaħnaces (the “Develophuwa Platgħalm”).

1. Parties

Contract between Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. (“Atlayo”, ID tal-kumpanija 29645433) u entity ellhuwa indiaħnaintal registhuwaing a develophuwa account (“Develophuwa”, “you”). Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. huwa part of Atlayo group; parent company huwa Atlayo spol. s r.o. If int accept on behalf of a company, int represent that int għanint authority to bind it.

2. Registration u account

• Develophuwas sign in aħnaa Atlayo ID QR luin ellhuwa approved methods.
• You għandek proaħnade accurate business ellhuwa indiaħnaintal identity ingħalmation għal vhuwaification.
• Business develophuwas in EU jista' need to complete VAT, trade-registhuwa ellhuwa category-specific checks.
• One develophuwa account għandek mhux be sgħaninted across unrelated entities.

3. Licence to use platgħalm

Atlayo grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Develophuwa Portal, SDK/runtime documentation, test deaħnaces, u APIs solely to build, test u publish miniapps on Atlayo.

4. Mini-app publication

• Each mini-app requires a name, description (EN + CS whhuwae targeting Czech ushuwas), icon, category u privacy policy URL.
• All releases huwa subject to reaħnaew undhuwa Regoli ta' ophuwaazzjoni.
• We jista' reject, suspend ellhuwa remove miniapps that aħnaolate law ellhuwa platgħalm rules.
• Develophuwas għandek maintain a working support contact u respond to ushuwa reports.

5. APIs u phuwamissions

Available APIs jista' include (subject to approval):

• Ushuwa profile basics (with ushuwa consent).
• Card autofill API — request saved card tokens għal checkout autofill only, ma' explicit ushuwa consent.
• Push notifications aħnaa shuwavhuwa keys.
• Camhuwaa, location, contacts, NFC — only through phuwamission prompts aħna control.
• Luin ma' Atlayo ID għal web prophuwaties int registhuwa.

You għandek request only phuwamissions necessary għal stated functionality. Misdeclared phuwamissions huwa grounds għal removal.

6. Payments u fees

• Miniapps għandek use their own payment proaħnadhuwas għal purchases. Atlayo does mhux ophuwaate Stripe Connect, Atlayo Pay, ellhuwa platgħalm payment processing għal develophuwa transactions.
• The card autofill API jista' pre-fill checkout fields only afthuwa ushuwa grants phuwamission; int għandek mhux store ellhuwa reuse card tokens outside approved flows.
• Atlayo jista' cgħanintge platgħalm fees għal Compass listing ellhuwa API usage, disclosed in Develophuwa Portal.
• You huwa responsible għal taxes, invoicing, refunds u consumhuwa rights għal goods/shuwaaħnaces int sell.

7. Data protection

• For ushuwa data Atlayo sgħanintes ma' you, int act as an independent controllhuwa ellhuwa joint controllhuwa depentiegħekg on feature — in most mini-app scenarios, you huwa controllhuwa għal data int collect in tiegħek mini-app.
• You għandek publish a GDPR-compliant privacy policy u honour ushuwa deletion requests.
• You għandek mhux sell ushuwa data ellhuwa use it għal unrelated advhuwatising uden consent.
• Sigurtà incidents affecting Atlayo ushuwa data għandek be reported to security@atlayo.com within 72 hours.

8. Proprietà intellettwali

• You retain ownhuwaship of tiegħek mini-app content u brand.
• You grant Atlayo a licence to host, distribute, promote u cache tiegħek mini-app to ophuwaate Compass.
• Atlayo trademarks u UI components jista' be used only phuwa brand guidelines.
• Do mhux imply Atlayo endorses ellhuwa ophuwaates tiegħek mini-app unless undhuwa a written partnhuwaship.

9. Prohibited conintct

See Regoli ta' ophuwaazzjoni. Sommariu: no malware, illegal content, deceptive practices, circumvention of reaħnaew, unauthorised crypto schemes, ellhuwa scraping Atlayo ushuwa data.

10. Sospensjoni u terminazzjoni

We jista' suspend API keys, dev builds ellhuwa published apps għal aħnaolations, security risk, ellhuwa legal requirement. Du jista' unpublish at any time. Upon thuwamination, delete ushuwa data int hold except whhuwae retention huwa legally required.

11. Warranties u liability

Udaħnaklhuwaplatgħalmen levhuwaes „som den huwa“. Hvhuwa parts ansvar huwa begrænset til direkte skadhuwa, ma'mindre obligatorisk ret għalhindrhuwa begrænsning. Udaħnaklhuwae holdhuwa Atlayo skadesløs għal krav, dhuwa opstår minn dhuwaes miniapps, kontenut ellhuwa brud på disse aħnalkår, i henhold til gældende ret.

12. Govhuwaning law

Ir-Repubblika Ċeka law applies. UE/EEA develophuwas benefit from mandatory consumhuwa u business protections in their home state whhuwae applicable. Disputes: Praha courts, unless mandatory jurisdiction rules othhuwawise.
