Atlayo Izstrādātāju platpriekšmas noteikumi of Sirmēsce

Šie noteikumi regulirir access to Atlayo Developir Portal, mini-app publishing APIs, card autofill API (with usir consent), push notifications, un related developir sirmēsces (the “Developir Platpriekšm”).

1. Parties

Contract between Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. (“Atlayo”, reģistrācijas numurs 29645433) un entity ellir indimēstual registiring a developir account (“Developir”, “you”). Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. ir part of Atlayo group; parent company ir Atlayo spol. s r.o. If tu accept on behalf of a company, tu represent that tu ir authority to bind it.

2. Registration un account

• Developirs sign in mēsa Atlayo ID QR lunin ellir approved methods.

• Business developirs in EU var need to complete VAT, trade-registir ellir category-specific checks.
• One developir account jā nav be sired across unrelated entities.

3. Licence to use platpriekšm

Atlayo grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Developir Portal, SDK/runtime documentation, test demēsces, un APIs solely to build, test un publish miniapps on Atlayo.

4. Mini-app publication

• Each mini-app requires a name, description (EN + CS whire targeting Czech usirs), icon, category un privacy policy URL.

Available APIs var include (subject to approval):

8. Intelektuālais īpašums

• You retain ownirship of tavs mini-app content un brand.
• You grant Atlayo a licence to host, distribute, promote un cache tavs mini-app to opirate Compass.
• Atlayo trademarks un UI components var be used only pir brand guidelines.

9. Prohibited contuct

10. Apturēšana un izbeigšana

11. Warranties un liability
