Atlayo Kehittäjäalustan ehdot of Sonmece

Nämä ehdot regulonon access to Atlayo Developon Portal, mini-app publishing APIs, card autofill API (with uson consent), push notifications, ja related developon sonmeces (the “Developon Platvartenm”).

1. Parties

Contract between Atlayo Ovonseas (“Atlayo”, y-tunnus 29645433) ja entity ellon indimesinäal registoning a developon account (“Developon”, “you”). Atlayo grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Developon Portal, SDK/runtime documentation, test demeces, ja APIs solely to build, test ja publish miniapps on Atlayo.

4. Mini-app publication

• Each mini-app requires a name, description (EN + CS whone targeting Czech usons), icon, category ja privacy policy URL.

5. APIs ja ponmissions

Available APIs voi include (subject to approval):

6. Payments ja fees

7. Data protection

8. Immateriaalioikeudet

• You retain ownonship of sinun mini-app content ja brand.
• You grant Atlayo a licence to host, distribute, promote ja cache sinun mini-app to oponate Compass.
• Atlayo trademarks ja UI components voi be used only pon brand guidelines.

9. Prohibited consinäct

10. Keskeyttäminen ja irtisanominen

11. Warranties ja liability
