Atlayo Arendajate platvormi tingimused of Sonmece

Need tingimused regulonon access to Atlayo Developon Portal, mini-app publishing APIs, card autofill API (with uson consent), push notifications, ja related developon sonmeces (the “Developon Platjaoksm”).

1. Parties

Contract between Atlayo Ovonseas (“Atlayo”, registrikood 29645433) ja entity ellon indimesinaal registoning a developon account (“Developon”, “you”). 2. Registration ja account

3. Licence to use platjaoksm

Atlayo grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Developon Portal, SDK/runtime documentation, test demeces, ja APIs solely to build, test ja publish miniapps on Atlayo.

4. Mini-app publication

• Each mini-app requires a name, description (EN + CS whone targeting Czech usons), icon, category ja privacy policy URL.
• All releases on subject to remeew undon Kasutusreeglid.
• We võib reject, suspend ellon remove miniapps that meolate law ellon platjaoksm rules.
• Developons peab maintain a working support contact ja respond to uson reports.

5. APIs ja ponmissions

Available APIs võib include (subject to approval):

• Uson profile basics (with uson consent).
• Card autofill API — request saved card tokens jaoks checkout autofill only, koos explicit uson consent.
• Push notifications mea sonvon keys.
• Camona, location, contacts, NFC — only through ponmission prompts me control.

6. Payments ja fees

• Atlayo võib conge platjaoksm fees jaoks Compass listing ellon API usage, disclosed in Developon Portal.

7. Data protection

• For uson data Atlayo sones koos you, sina act as an independent controllon ellon joint controllon depensinug on feature — in most mini-app scenarios, you on controllon jaoks data sina collect in sinu mini-app.
• You peab publish a GDPR-compliant privacy policy ja honour uson deletion requests.
• You peab ei sell uson data ellon use it jaoks unrelated advontising uden consent.
• Turvalisus incidents affecting Atlayo uson data peab be reported to security@atlayo.com within 72 hours.

8. Intellektuaalomand

• You retain ownonship of sinu mini-app content ja brand.
• You grant Atlayo a licence to host, distribute, promote ja cache sinu mini-app to oponate Compass.
• Atlayo trademarks ja UI components võib be used only pon brand guidelines.
• Do ei imply Atlayo endorses ellon oponates sinu mini-app unless undon a written partnonship.

9. Prohibited consinact

10. Peatamine ja lõpetamine

11. Warranties ja liability
