Atlayo Developer Platform Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Atlayo Developer Portal, mini-app publishing APIs, card autofill API (with user consent), push notifications, and related developer services (the “Developer Platform”).

1. Parties

Contract between Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. (“Atlayo”, company ID 29645433) and the entity or individual registering a developer account (“Developer”, “you”). Atlayo Overseas s.r.o. is part of the Atlayo group; the parent company is Atlayo spol. s r.o. If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Registration and account

• Developers sign in via Atlayo ID QR login or approved methods.
• You must provide accurate business or individual identity information for verification.
• Business developers in the EU may need to complete VAT, trade-register or category-specific checks.
• One developer account must not be shared across unrelated entities.

3. Licence to use the platform

Atlayo grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Developer Portal, SDK/runtime documentation, test devices, and APIs solely to build, test and publish mini-apps on Atlayo.

4. Mini-app publication

• Each mini-app requires a name, description (EN + CS where targeting Czech users), icon, category and privacy policy URL.
• All releases are subject to review under the Operation Rules.
• We may reject, suspend or remove mini-apps that violate law or platform rules.
• Developers must maintain a working support contact and respond to user reports.

5. APIs and permissions

Available APIs may include (subject to approval):

• User profile basics (with user consent).
• Card autofill API — request saved card tokens for checkout autofill only, with explicit user consent.
• Push notifications via server keys.
• Camera, location, contacts, NFC — only through permission prompts we control.
• Login with Atlayo ID for web properties you register.

You must request only permissions necessary for stated functionality. Misdeclared permissions are grounds for removal.

6. Payments and fees

• Mini-apps must use their own payment providers for purchases. Atlayo does not operate Stripe Connect, Atlayo Pay, or platform payment processing for developer transactions.
• The card autofill API may pre-fill checkout fields only after the user grants permission; you must not store or reuse card tokens outside approved flows.
• Atlayo may charge platform fees for Compass listing or API usage, disclosed in the Developer Portal.
• You are responsible for taxes, invoicing, refunds and consumer rights for goods/services you sell.

7. Data protection

• For user data Atlayo shares with you, you act as an independent controller or joint controller depending on the feature — in most mini-app scenarios, you are the controller for data you collect in your mini-app.
• You must publish a GDPR-compliant privacy policy and honour user deletion requests.
• You must not sell user data or use it for unrelated advertising without consent.
• Security incidents affecting Atlayo user data must be reported to security@atlayo.com within 72 hours.

8. Intellectual property

• You retain ownership of your mini-app content and brand.
• You grant Atlayo a licence to host, distribute, promote and cache your mini-app to operate Compass.
• Atlayo trademarks and UI components may be used only per brand guidelines.
• Do not imply Atlayo endorses or operates your mini-app unless under a written partnership.

9. Prohibited conduct

See the Operation Rules. Summary: no malware, illegal content, deceptive practices, circumvention of review, unauthorised crypto schemes, or scraping Atlayo user data.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend API keys, dev builds or published apps for violations, security risk, or legal requirement. You may unpublish at any time. Upon termination, delete user data you hold except where retention is legally required.

11. Warranties and liability

The Developer Platform is provided “as is”. Each party’s liability is limited to direct damages except where mandatory law prevents limitation. Developers indemnify Atlayo for claims arising from their mini-apps, content, or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

12. Governing law

Czech Republic law applies. EU/EEA developers benefit from mandatory consumer and business protections in their home state where applicable. Disputes: Prague courts, unless mandatory jurisdiction rules otherwise.
