Recent changes and development:

- Primary DNS authority: Switzerland — authoritative DNS + encrypted proxy layer for DNS resolution and selective edge caching.

- Role: legal/operational control of DNS records and entry-point filtering; benefits from Swiss data‑protection and political stability.

- Secondary DNS: Hong Kong — secondary hostname for regional DNS failover and reduced Asia‑Pacific latency.

- Role: DNS redundancy and regional resolution to ensure availability during localized outages.

- Primary application server: undisclosed location — hosts user data, business logic, and primary storage.

- Reason: minimize attack surface and reduce jurisdictional exposure for user data.

- Assurance: even in the unlikely event of a breach, the server's compartmentalized architecture and layered isolation prevent compromise of user data and core platform integrity.

- Storage: all data are stored on enterprise-grade redundant storage (RAID) with routine backups and monitoring to minimize the risk of data loss.

- Network connectivity: the primary host is connected to a carrier-grade (non-commercial) national backbone. The provider is a member of the national backbone consortium and the network can deliver up to 400 Gbps (nationwide), ensuring elevated reliability, low-latency transit and operational continuity.

- Network architecture: all servers are connected via an encrypted private overlay (tunnel) for management, replication and secure internal traffic — internal communication is isolated from the public Internet.

- Security measures: minimal public footprint on DNS/proxy nodes, strict access controls, transport encryption, and compartmentalized services.

- Purpose: redundancy, privacy, jurisdictional separation, performance optimization, and operational resilience.

- Note: Switzerland and Hong Kong act only as DNS/proxy nodes; user data is served from the undisclosed primary host and is not persisted on DNS/proxy nodes.

Implemented a new modular architecture for enhanced customization

Overall:

We're building the new platform to be as modular as possible. Each user will be able to assemble their own tools and experiences, making the platform fully open to creativity. The new platform will act as a gateway, and mini-apps (modular services) can call the platform's internal APIs to request only the specific data they need — and only after the user has explicitly granted them permission.
